I have a few a Delphiniums growing, I wanted to feed them and was wondering if you have any favorites??

My experience is that they are very hungry feeders and also greatly appreciate moisture but good drainage.

So I suggest digging in plenty of well rotted organic matter (cattle 0r horse plus straw). Then feeding early on with a balanced NPK fertiliser and as they begin to flower reduce the nitrogen content and increase the potassiu. A good tomato fertiliser is ideal.

Keep the slugs away after using the organic compost as they love it too!

Thanks for that I will give it a go, I have already a run in with the snails they chomped the tops of them off when they were little, I think I have eradicated them all now, but I am still vigilant.
