Author Message   Treelover  My Favorite Photo My Garden Posted on Sunday, May 22, 2005 - 03:56 pm EST :    I'm used to only seeing Bracken when finding wild ferns(Pteris aquilinum) but I came across this, and had to have a closer look. I checked the underside of the fronds and it definitely isnt bracken as it has circular, c shaped sori. I believe it to be Broad Buckler Fern(Dryopteris dilatanta) Beautiful plants!
