I started out with a lush beautiful fern that took a turn for the worse when winter came. After having to remove three fourths of it's size because of dead leaves, I moved it to the bathroom. It seems to be doing better, with little new growths springing here and there. I wanted to ask what my best plan of action should be. Should I just keep triming out the old to make room for the new? What about steams that have some healthy and some dying?? I have very little experience with ferns and would like to improve it's quality of life the best I can.
