I believe this guy is a Streak-backed Oriole, he was seen in Puerto Vallarta Mexico, as you can see he's nest building :)

Looks like a female Streak-backed Oriole to me. Great photos showing behaviour!

Carol, That would make sence the first bird was taken at a different time but there was a pair in the front of the hotel. The last three are for sure the male. I don't think I have this guy yet! The advantage of Nuevo Vallarta is that it's still not developed that much so you still get to see some neat birds :). These were just in the front of the hotel

Yeah, it's hard to tell for sure as the bright lighting can change the tone a bit of the deeper orange head of the male. That's pretty neat to see them nest building!
