TODAY, DH spotted 'our' first Oriole for this year in the tree up above our feeders. He was as giddy as a kid and came in from the deck to tell me the good news.
Right away we cut open a fresh Orange and refreshed the Grape jelly also. So now we keep our fingers crossed. At the same time I refreshed the Hummingbird feeder food also. No Hummers yet.

Here is the Oriole feeder DH made:

Feeder from afar

Not a bird this time, but some of my Duffodile's, the first Tulip open in that bed and,,, of course our Simba. He does not miss a beat. (Sorry that Simba is not a bird, tsk, tsk)

Thanks everyone. Yea Carol, the Oriole is here , sings very nearby but when we are out on the deck I think that is too close for comfort for him. Hope he comes to inspect the feeder when we are away down in the garden. The Wrens are also building, sweet things.
