One of the walking paths the dogs and I take every day...feels like we're walking through a huge pine skeleton. :)

The snow is heavy...Sunny is light enough that he doesn't sink to the bottom.

Jake-Jake's checking to see who might've marked his territory. ;)

Snow with sun is the prettiest as illustrated by Denise and Mary's pics. Here's one of my sun-shiny snow days.. yesterday.

Mary, your shots are so crisp and fresh--especially the 2nd pic of the pine. As Stephie said, you can just breathe the fresh air!

Tanya, gorgeous shots---the "pine skeleton"---almost strange...wonderful.
And Sunny and Jake are so sweet. Sunny's mouth is "drawn up like a bow." :)

Lovely snow scenes! I have none to share (and am fairly happy to admit). We have had some snow this winter, but it doesn't last long. We don't have 'nice, dry snow'. Instead it's usually the heavy stuff .. breaks your back shoveling. But I do like to look at gorgeous snow scenes. St. Francis looks quite comfortable out there in the snow!

Ohmygoodness STephie, talk about character!
What plant is it? A knarled (can't think of the name of it) walking somethingorother. I'm thinking of Henry Lauder? walking stick. Is that it?

It's a contorted hazelnut. I put two on each side of my garden path...they are truly spectacular during winter!!!!

Wonderful pictures everyone.

I have none to show just came to look.

Tanya your skeleton walk is amazing! I would have an overwhelming urge to shake a branch! I wouldn't be able to resist.

Stephie love the wiggly hazel. Looks great in the snow.

Hello . . . I'm new to the forum, and late to this thread, but I enjoyed everyone's snow photos. I have a few of my own from last December, if anyone wants to see. (And if I can correctly upload them . . . )
