Winter is here. The snow was in the 1000 m. mountains in front of the bay (Cantabrico sea).

There was the view from the window today.

Dawn revealed snow on the Mormon Range early yesterday. This is the second time the mountains have been touched with snow this season. It is still there today, but is disappearing quickly.

Yes, both lovely views! I really like how you caught the sail boats together, Mariae.

It was so easy, Susan, it was a boat race.

There are many children learning how to sail with those small boats every afternoon in the bay, when the weather is nice, of course.

Four days later, only the crevices show white.

We are at 3000 feet (914 meters). The highest of these mountain tops is Signal Peak at 10,365 feet or 3159 meters.

The mountain colors were deceptive when I first drew the blinds.

But here they are 20 minutes later.

The weather has been very spring-like for the past three weeks, but during the cool, wet spells, there is still snow falling in the mountains.

Very nice view, Valia, the mountains are wonderful and also the four cypress trees.

Thanks, Mariae.

They are better images this time, I hope. I'm just finishing an online PhotoShop class where I learned about a couple of really drastic mistakes I've been making.

I have a lot of windows in my house but none of them have views like that! Spectacular.

Thanks Glen, but I'm sure you have very nice views also, perhaps not to a bay, but to a field, park or mountains.
