Well, this is my first attempt at a collage. It took me a while to figure out how to do. I couldn't do it in my ancient version of Photoshop Elements so I did it in Microsoft Publisher. What do you think? Autumn in My Garden 11/3/07 by seil

Thanks, Tanya. You need to come home. Michigan's at it's best in the fall I think. Thank you, DJ, we have two different types of maple trees. The Silver Maples turn pale green, yellow and gold and the Red Maple turns orange and red of course. The best thing about them is that Mom researched very carefully before she purchased them and they are both hybrids that do not seed. I get very few of those helicopter seed pods and they don't germinate. The leaves on the Silver Maple can get as big as 10 inches across!

Thanks, but no thanks, DJ. My neighbor's trees provide me with all the little maple seedlings I need, thank you. But at least my trees don't fill my gutters with them. I have a picture of a friends house where the whole gutter across the front is filled with small green maple trees about 6 inches high. It looks like reversed fringe sticking up. But it's also a pain in the you know what to clean out! Thanks, Flowerfreak. Like I said, Publisher was easier to do it in than Photoshop. Just hop on outta that fish bowl and try it!

Okedokee, I will have to try that one day. I never thought about using Publisher. I have it at work, but I don't use it much at all so it might take me a little bit to figure it out. Thanks for the idea :)
Eek! That would be a pain for sure. I thought getting leaves out of the gutters was a pain...
