Mary that flame glass thing is superb! I want one.
I bow to your castle copying skills. Far too impressive for a Duhmester. I guess if you have been demoted to Duhchess that makes me top of the bottom LOL!
I hope you can hear me up there in your turret. Better start growing your hair (do goldfish have hair?) so I can climb up it and rescue you. That is of course if I can remember. You better grow it quickly so I don't forget!

You all are NUTS! But I have enjoyed reading all this zany stuff.

Here's a link to some really cool flower pots.

I'm looking for some place in the US that sells these. I like all things that light up!

How fab are they?! What a great site Seil. Are you a solar freak too? What do you have in your garden? Can you take pics at all? I would really like one of those giant flower pots but a bit pricey. Something else I will have to save for.

You do realise that you are the last one to post on this thread so you are officially a lower rank than me (Mary having been demoted to a higher position) Just wait for DJ to find out. Haha! I wonder what your 'Duh' name will be!

Aaahh, good, another recruit! Let's see. Seil has to be pretty smart to have read ALL of this zany stuff and still have managed to post a message after that. LOL. Lisa was demoted out of Duh and into the Duhmpster, and Mary hasn't been back to take over Duh herself since she was demoted to Duhchess (did somebody forget to let her out of the turret? HAHA!), so I guess that means Seil is... Duh, what is Seil? Hahaha! Okay, so Seil is Duh (she'll have to duke (LOL) it out to keep that title when the Duhchess gets back), but she needs an insignia and Moira already has Seil's rose, so now what? Maybe:

Goldfish can't climb. They fly!! Right? I mean, it is a flock of fish, right? LOL.

Those are wild, Seil! Moira, I can definitely picture some of these things in your garden with all of your solar lights. That is so cool. Did you see the Christmas tree pots? What a bunch of great ideas. The flower vases kind of remind me of a drinking glass I saw in some other catalog recently. I guess the glasses had LEDs in the bottom and various colors reflect off the glass and pass through whatever liquid is poured into the glass. Very futuristic. Hey, Moira, if you remember, maybe you can give your rose to Seil and replace it with a solar light. Hahaha!!! Those are some pretty big solar lights! Perfect! I also like that you put two in there so that you don't forget where you put them. Now Seil can have [OoGBoO]. I know exactly what's going to happen here, though. All of us old-timer [OoGBoO] are going to see Seil's insignia and think it's Moira. Hahaha!

I like it but I don't know how to put emoticons or smilies on here yet.

I found a place that sells the pots in the USA and I think they're cheaper!
http://www.orangeonions.com/product/BLOOM16/Bloom_Indoor_Outdoor_Flower_Pot _with_Light_16.html

I'm putting it at the TOP of my Christmas list!

I do have lights around the garden but they're not solar. They're low voltage. I wanted to be sure they'd stay lit so you could see the walk way. I worry about people tripping off my porch. I don't know if I have any pictures. I'll have to go look.

My brother, Alan, is the real lighting freak around here and Christmas is his specialty.
So let me be the first to wish you all a...

It all sequences too, but not to music. He built all the electronics for the sequencer himself. He's been working on getting it to sync to music but it's all expensive stuff to buy and then he has to wire it all up too. Maybe next year.

I think if you look close you can see the garden lights around the walk and patio too.

There are two rows of buttons and drop-down lists above the box you type your message in. If you click on the next to last button on the first row (the one with a rose on it), a little window will pop open with all sorts of emoticons and other images. You can just click on the one with a rose and the code to display the rose will automatically be inserted into your message. Or another simple way to do it would be to copy and paste this line of code into your own message:

[OoGBoO\clipart{flower}]

Oh, brother. Hahahaha!!! I bet the sequenced lighting is fun to watch, though. That's a much more reasonable price for those lighted pots. Maybe you could even find some plastic pots and have your brother wire them with lights for even less than that. Then you could have sequenced flower pots.

Good links fellow [OoGBoO]'s. I was able to catch up on all of your posts since last Friday, but with leaving work (very) early yesterday :) I didn't get a chance to chime in.

That is what I was thinking. One smart cookie that Seil is!! I get confused just trying to keep up with all of our names & who is who and...what is my name again? What was I saying? Where am I? Did I hear someone mention cookies? I think I have some in my fishtank somewhere...or did I eat them all? Where am I again? Well I gotta go...I really need to find those...ummm, ummm, what was I looking for?

That is another very interesting web site, Mary. I am going to use that as a source of inspiration for my gourd art. That piece that you posted a picture of was a surprise... the artist is a painter, but that piece looks like stained glass. Very cool.

Not smart just persistent. I do get confused too and I don't even try to keep up with all the names. I've never been good with names. So I may use your given name one time and your username the next. That's why I just use seil everywhere. It's been a nickname for years and years so that way I won't forget who I am!

It does look like stained glass, DJ!

I missed that bit about you wanting the Gothic mirror and when I saw the small window mirror and the open window mirror I immediately thought that's what I want. HAHA! I have some old windows in the barn.... more projects. Hee hee. That spherical ceramic bird feeder is really neat. It even says it keeps nuts dry. We should each wear one. HAHA! I like the broomstick bench. Too bad I haven't been saving all of the tool handles that have broken around here. That site had a whole lot of fun stuff. So glad it isn't near me. I'd go broke. LOL.
