First two pics are the same bed from two points of view. Now there are carnations, pansies, violas, campanulas, cyclamen, dalhias, hebes, roses,....

Beautifully planted. You are a very good garden designer, I must say! All those stones give you wonderful material to work with, too. I like the colourful ground-covers growing on top. The hydrangeas will be spectacular, when they flower. Don't forget to show us pictures then!

Susan, Gardenfiend, Starzgarden, Gardenbug, thank you so much for your kind words.

Gardenbug, I think they are Hydrangea macrophylla and the colours are bright pink and white.

The hydrangeas are very easy to cultivate here, in the North of Spain, because the weather is warm in summer and not very cold in winter and we have some rain.

This year I have made two more beds of hydrangeas around one tree I will show you next time.
