those are very nice.I have only found white ones in Spain near Cazorla.Are you on the North coast, a friend just got back last week from near Santiago where he had been looking at daffodils.He saw lots in flower

Hi, Tony_willis, here we have fields full of primulas and wild daffodils as well, at the same time, and in winter of wild crocus.

I made some pics last weekend but it was not enough light. I will try next weekend to show you.

They are one of our mainstay wild flowers but getting rarer to see growing wild unfortunately.

Come to Cornwall Galanthophile - we still have hedgerows smothered with Primroses, they are at their best right now.

Next it will be wild orchids and bluebells.

I've never been to Cornwall I'm ashamed to say... I found a fantastic wild meadow near here though last year - it's a country park but covered in wild orchids and butterflies. As a child there used to be so many more "wild" places with bluebells - one of my fondest memories.
