Having finished work today I saw these and had to get a couple, especially the purple one! I don't know the variety but they were labelled as polyanthus when clearly they are primulas as theres no single stem as in a poly. I like the white edge to the petals!
Pink one:
and the purple one. It looks blue on the PC but its a velvety purple colour, very eye catching.Also the foliage on this one has a reddish tinge to it.

So charming ,I have just lifted some primula wanda (purple)that is right round all my dad's border as his house is up for sale I wanted a lasting memory of these beauties as they flower in Spring but you also get a second show in the Autumn I so like the blue one stands out.

Well, these two didnt do too well in the garden. Flowers eaten and only the blue one flowered. I think theyve succumbed to the garden gremilns. I think I'll just buy plastic plants for the front garden from now on!
