I have a few picotees that came from ET seeds that I thought had never germinated and I dumped the pots at the bad of the garden. Surprise!! I also have a few that I got from a trade this spring so now I have my very own picotees! Mary/Gainesville, GA The first 2 are from seeds from a seed exchange in 2005, cream with red edges.
The next 2 are from a trade that I did.
The last one are from seeds from Elizabeth Towne Hellebores and are seeds that did not germinate the first time around. They were worth waiting for!

A very nice surprise in the back of the garden!! They all are really beautiful, Goswimmin. There has been worth it the wait of three years.

Very nice collection Mary. I like the first one, it reminds me on one I saw at Ashwood.

Very lovely Mary. There's nothing like a nice surprise on a first bloom. There's an intensity of satisfaction that (for me at least) doesn't come with the purchase of a blooming plant. :-)
