This is about three months growth, and it will get larger. There are two plants about a foot apart. I supported the side branches, since they break in a strong wind sometimes. http://xrl.us/pbr2 23 July 2006. It rained yesterday, and now the Devil's Trumpet two plants are a blaze of white flowers. http://xrl.us/qwbt 18 August 2006. Devils Trumpet (two Plants) is in full bloom this morning. It might be informative to compare this with the first post in this thread to view the astonishing growth. http://xrl.us/qzmd 21 August 2006.An article about a person ingesting the seeds of the Devils Trumpet plant. Common names include jimson weed, Hell's Bells, Devil's weed, Devil's cucumber, thorn-apple (from the spiny fruit), pricklyburr (similarly), and somewhat paradoxically, both angel's trumpet and devil's trumpet (from their large trumpet-shaped flowers) Waikipedia http://www.durgan.org/Blog/Durgan.html Durgan
