I am trying to start this spiralis from seed and am wondering if anyone else has tried with any success? It's been almost 4 weeks now and I still don't see any signs of life. I placed the seeds on top of a good seed starting mix and placed them under grow lights. Am keeping them moist. I found this plant last year and was very taken with it but didn't know much about it. Didn't know it needs LOTS of water! Probably could have wintered it over if I had known more. So now I have the seed and would really appreciate hearing from someone with experience with it.}}

This site suggests moving them to 4C (such as in a fridge) for 2-4 weeks if there has been no germination after 4 weeks at warm. Might be worth a try. http://tomclothier.hort.net/page03.html
