Seneca Hill Perennials in Oswego, NY has a very nice assortment of perennials. They are very well known for Asisaema, Cyclamen, Clematis species and Helleborus. They send nice plants but only in the USA and is a very good perennial plant source for the North East.

I got an Aesculus parviflora from them last year, it was very nice and they were wonderful to deal with.
