JoyCreek I can not say enough good things about them, except they need to move east and make it easier for our northern neighbors to enjoy their plants.

They have a very large list of perennials, including many Clematis and a few very nice hellebore.

If you have never been to their web page, you should.

You think their web page is great, you should tour the display gardens! Even though it is a 2+ hour drive for me, I made a few day trips there last year.

I just received my Joy Creek order. I am very happy. Last spring I placed several orders with them, they are one of my favorites! Great clematis and perennials!

I agree! The clems I got from them last November or Oct. were great and I'm expecting my Princes Charles to be shipped Mar. 10th.

There are more things I want to order from them, but I'm waiting for my order from Van Bourgandien.

Maurice Horn of Joy Creek Nursery often writes articles in the various horticultural magazines. He has written a chapter on Clematis in North America with Linda Beutler in the Toomey/Leeds Encyclopedia of Clematis. He is kind and gracious and yes, his display gardens are exciting.

I am very happy with my Andante clematis that I got from Joy Creek this fall. I already have two more that I will be ordering from them for delivery next spring.

Gardenbug, that was great you did as I recommended them to someone that was looking for a hard to find plant. They are great!

I didn't know they had a website. I still haven't made it to their nursery, but I think I will this year.
