I actually ordered a 12x24 unit, but then I found that I had to buy all of the lumber seperate, so opted to only build half of it on site. I also was concerned about local building codes, so that was a size deciding factor as well. The left over parts we are going to use to build an 8x12 duplicate out in the country using recycled wood.
