For a week we have been working on a temp brug house for the winter months as I promised not to repeat last years wintering of all the tropicals inside. What can you say about pushing the family to the limits with 500+ potted plants in the house. I have an older greenhouse that we moved off the folks' farm that is older than I am. It's full to the brim so I was given some PVC pipe and netting. Here is where we are at as of Sunday before we hang the plastic. This area is where I have my plants during the summer months and the family calls it my play area just north of the greenhouse. It have been fun creating this, lots of learning about our family and their building methods. So buy those kids those legos!

Yesterday we finally to it covered with plastic. We need to put the plastic on the door, secure the sides of the roof plastic and rehang the door. We have the first big pots already cut and inside.

We are finished and started today to fill it up! We had fun trying to find hinges for the door but pipe hangers worked great!
