Very nice Dori and you do have a nice sunny garden. Looks like farming country, I would have a hard time adjusting to the open spaces. NH has alot of hills and is heavily forested. You need to show us more of your garden.

What a wonderful greenhouse and a beautiful space you have to put it! I love the second shot :) It does look very well constructed.

I would love to know how you did it, it is gorgeous!! How long did it take to collect all the windows and I think I see sliding glass doors, is that right? Did you put it on a concrete base? Did you use a plan of some kind or just figured it out yourself? Is someone involved in the project involved in the construction trades? Love what you did and I agree you have a wonderful sunny location for it. I hope you get many years of enjoyment from it. :-)

We lucked out and collected most of the windows from a add in the paper one sunday and then my MIL added new windows to her porch so we got the crank outs. We also got a few sliding doors from that add! I already have another collection of windows started The sliding door is on a hinge now and opens and shuts. No its not on a concrete base. It has treated lumber post cemented in the ground around 4ft deep. I have 6-8inches of packed sand then the floor is upside down carpet-easy to clean and replace! My Hubby measured all the windows and then he made the plans himself, we were 3/4 done and he said thats all the plans i had. I used some elm planks on the north east wall about 6ft worth, gives me a private area for my desk. My hubby is a diesel tech-but he is a jack of all trades-can do anything!!! :) Thanks for all the comments! Its a godsend in the winter on a sunny day. It can be 32 outside and 80inside with just sun shine for heat and i can sit and dream.

Its spring and today Im going to get this ready to GROW. In the winter months I store all my tools and garden decorations in it. Its to costly to keep it heated yr round. But now its time to get it going, so today all the fountains and statues are out of there and soon I will take my daylily babies and tomatoes out there for further growing before planting in the ground!!! I made it through another winter-yahooo!

Wow, Notmartha. What a fantastic greenhouse! Especially I like that you are able to open all those windows. It must give great possibilities to adjust the climate.
