I would have loved to have had this up earlier, but life has been very busy. I was trying to make good use of the east facing space behind my garage. The greenhouse measures 12' 10" by 6' 6" and receives about 8 hours of direct sunlight a day. I have read that at least 6 hours is required and, if it came to it, I could always add lighting. It will require electricity in any event, because of the heater that I plan to add. I still have to add the door, install automatic roof vent openers, buy and/or make shelving and a potting table. So far, I am very pleased with it and look forward to starting plants soon.

The greenhouse is so wonderful! I highly recommend to everyone to put them on your wish list. Santa's watchin ya know.

Your photos are wonderful, was just enjoying your albums. Your seed projects look really kewl, I might have to "borrow" some of your wisdom. I adore cycleman. Very interesting what you have done.

Oh, Mimi I could fill one of those greenhouses with cyclamen in a flash!

You know, Tim Murphy from the cyclamen forum is selling seed. If you would like to order some, e-mail me and I can send you the details...

One form, purpurascens would make that greenhouse smell like heaven in early fall.

I have not looked there yet! Thanks for the heads up! I had some plants from him before, but, I had moved & sent them here before I came, but there was a freak snow storm & things didn't make it.
You are lucky that you are in zone 6. Let's you enjoy the gardening season longer.
