Refill your bottled water bottles with tap water, screw on the cap and store in the green house tucked in around the plants in any spare place.
In CO we would take all the vegetable plants out of the GH during the day(so the wind would get at them) and move 1 gal jugs,spray-painted black, into the sun from the floor of the GH and close the door.
It got so hot as to kill bugs and it warmed the structure. The jugs were replaced to the floor of the GH at day's end. Only works when you're willing to hoist plant boxes.
In Colorado, our idea was to grow under lights in-doors starting in Feb. and then take the plants out to the GH 3-5 wks before last frost and planting. So it was only a short period of lifting the plants nearer their resting places.
Used that greenhouse for five years. Made from recycled sliders for $74.
