I happened upon her last summer out in the field out back of my house. I don't know if someone tossed her out there, but she's mine now You can't believe how long I took separating her buried clumps that were entangled with some mighty wicked weed roots. Most people wouldn't have bothered, but I loved the detailed work of seeing which roots went to which plant. I must have spent 2 hours soaking the different pieces to liberate her. I have now got about a 6'x4' section of pieces of her and quite a few are in bud now. This is her first bloom for me Can you tell if she is a wild one or someone's cast off?

Looks to me like the old standby "blue" and I don't know if you consider it wild but that and the old standby yellow were the mainstay of gardens in the old days. It will provide a lovely show for you just the same.
