It really goes against the grain for me to throw out tea bags, vegetable peelings etc, so I ordered a compost bin through my local council for £9 (about $20). It came this week so I'm looking forward to using it :)

Good for you! Hope it's an easy system to work with. Mine's a 2-bin and I realized today it's time to turn. Not my favorite job, but it has to be done and the reward is definitely worth it!

It drives me nuts when we visit my mom and I have to toss all those precious "goodies" in the trash.
