Open MS Outlook and click on "tools" at the top of the window. Then click on accounts. This brings up a new box labeled internet accounts.

From there click on the add button and choose mail. Type in the name you want to appear on your email such as EJ. Click on next.

Now type in your gardenbuddies email address for example EJ@Gardenbuddies.com Here you may use caps or small lettering. It does not matter. Click on next.

Now in the next window make sure you have showing in the box "my incoming mail server is POP3 server

In the incoming mail box type in gardenbuddies.com

In the outgoing mail (SMTP) server box type in gardenbuddies.com Note if later on you have problems sending email then replace gardenbuddies.com outgoing mail (SMTP) server with whatever your ISP recommends. Just look at your current setup for another account and copy the outgoing mail (SMTP) ONLY. Click on next.

In the next box that appears type in the first part of your email address for the account name. Mine would be EJ.

Now type in your password that was given to you when you signed up for email. Check the remember password box. Click on next.

Now choose how you connect to the internet. I choose "I will establish my internet connection manually." Click on next.

Now click the finish button and your done. You can now send and receive email the exact same way that you have been doing with other accounts.}
