I would like to grow my own dwarf Periwinkle from seed in my home. Is this possible for a regular joe or are they picky? Any advice is welcomed. Thanks.

How about you just get a cutting from someone. Unless I'm thinking of the wrong periwinkle.
Are you talking about vinca vine?
