More pretty ones! But the daily watering is a must! Is once a day enough? Do you use something William to keep the water in? I just found that keeping the hanging baskets watered during our hot summers is very, very energy consuming. I used once some kind of "jello" but it all came out to the top!

You made some lovely containers William. Malgorzata if the moisture crystals came to the top you used too much. I have never found them useful. They do not effect the moisture content of the soil significantly.

Malgorzata if the moisture crystals came to the top you used too much. Probably you are right Arlene. I have never seen them used. I tried different things to keep moisture in the hanging baskets...I even buried new bath sponge in! ;) They were just so difficult to water....The watering three times a day (two a must) got just too troublesome for me. Also too high (I saw in UK they had some cool extensions to water the hanging baskets or they would just lower the baskets down). I did not notice hanging baskets with any "watering" system here...Just those simple ones. No more hanging baskets in my garden! :(

I love your use of color Bill, I would be to afraid to use all those together, but yours look great! I especially love the window box. Oh How I miss my gardens:( Brat
