I have a homemade recipe that seems to work if these guys are nibbling on your plants: 1 litre of water 1 capful of YELLOW mouthwash - the animals like the taste of the green ones. 2 Tablespoons of Murphy's Oil Soap Shake well and spray your garden weekly and after rain.

ROFL! You mean the polar bears aren't enough of a deterrent? Do you have coyotes there? If not, maybe coyote urine would smell odd enough to moose to keep them away. (Our feed store carries it and I've successfully used it to keep deer and rodents away.)

I wondered about the dogs. LOL! I don't know if the coyote urine can be used ON the plants. I seem to recall it being something you shake out in crystalline form. In any case, I do remember sprinkling it on the ground around my veggie garden and that worked.
