It keeps changing color. Yellow, 0range, blue, then burgandy then rose. Has it always done this or am I only noticing it today?

I'm noticing it, too, Arlene. When the bottom color is yellow it's almost impossible to read. Anyway, I thought it was something to do with my browser so I tried it with another (went from Safari to Opera) and found the same thing. Guess it's something new Ej is doing!

I am guessing that they are "mood bars" - it senses someone's mood and changes colour accordingly. Pink=happy, accommodative. Blue=needs cheering up. Purple="stay away from me". Black="duck, everyone, quick...! Duck....!", Red="????", etc. (It's anybody's guess as to whose mood we are referring to here - it's not mine, for sure. ?Maybe the Webmaster's?) The concept is being explored by Toyota and Stanford University for application in cars, which they name "Pod" cars (http://edition.cnn.com/2005/TECH/04/04/spark.clever.car/index.html)
