Jain, they are very good! Nice and buttery too. I didn't have green sprinkles, so used what I had.

Kathleen, that is just the funniest little photo story with Spud, LOL! My brother & SIL used to leave little piles of chocolate chip "evidence" as little hints to the kids on where to find their Easter baskets.

I am so sorry that I can't join the virtual dinner but look forward to seeing what everyone else does.

Catie, very pretty table!

Debbie, the cookies look great! I better get moving on this. I also found a Guinness Beef Stew recipe, so I picked up a bottle of Guinness. I'm almost set.

Kathleen, why wasn't Spud drinking Guinness?

I hunted up my green dishes so I can come to the party too!

Plant Forum

Since they're actually small cake plates I'm going to use them as salad or bread and butter plates and the cake plate as my platter. So I need to decide which dishes to use them with.

Grandma's china?

Plant Forum

My clear glass grape plates?

Plant Forum

The gold maple leaf pattern?

Plant Forum

or Mom's small rose pattern?

Plant Forum

What do you think?

Seil, I love your green dishes and your Grandma's China, all the dishes are all so pretty. I couldn't tell you which to pick, I am plain and simple and can't match things.

I love your green plates...very different. I vote for the clear...you can put a green cloth under your lace so it picks up more color
...it will be beau!
Glad you are joining in, wear green, lol

Oh, I have a green liner that I use under my Battenburg lace cloth for christmas. I could use that. Great idea, thanks! I thought maybe the clear were to pale but with a green liner that will solve that problem.

See you at the party! Yippee!
