I love them but as they won`t flower the joy slips away. I don't water, don't feed (just top with a bit of fresh compost after they have flowered) and never move them. I do nothing special for these or any reticulatas. My early blooms were like this, but later blooms seem OK. I'm quite sure they weren't there last year. If it is a virus, it doesn't seem to weaken the plants - in fact the bulbs have multiplied, though not as much as KH which has grown so congested in three years it now looks like this: I hate the prospect of having to dig them out to separate them. They will multiply so rapidly and you will see them in massive groups in the next few years. I planted about 5 of them about 5 years ago and this is what they look like now.
