Sadly not growing in my garden :( I took this picture in the garden I worked in today.

Notice they are making their escape into the gravel!

I love the way the little minor bulbs escape and turn up in out of the way places in the garden, scilla are such a pretty shade of blue.

I notice a lot of your flowers are blue, Moira. Is that a color you seek out?

Haha! Funny you should say that. Yes I do love true blue. Even though these are not mine I do have a few in my garden.
I love hot colours, reds/yellows/oranges but I like to tone them down a bit with white and blue.

I was just thinking today that I would move some of my bulbs into the gravel path and this decides it for me. They are so delicate. Did you have to get flat on the ground for that picture?

Yep and then pray the postvan didn't come careering round the corner like it normally does or it would have been the last picture I ever took!

Scilla are beautiful. We have Squill (AKA Bluebells or Wood Hyacinth) at this house. Lovely to look at, but good heavens it spreads!

Phew!
I'm glad you're still with us, Moira! What our Garden Buddies won't do for a picture!
