Could anyone give me some information on care and cultivation of this plant please. I bought it at the cyclamen society meeting in February and was loathe to plant it until it flowered to make sure it was 'normale' and not the weedy one as it did not say on the label. There is very little information online.
Thankyou.

information

According to the bulb book the type species is a woodland plant easily grown in shady places, if that helps.

I have had this plant in a raised bed for a few years now and it is increasing quite well. It's lovely!

Thankyou. Do either of you know how dry/moist?
I have one area of shade in my garden. One end is quite dry under a small tree, the other end is constantly moist at the bottom of an incline.

Apparantly they appreciate heavy wet clay! I grow them is a raised bed that is reasonably dry and they do well so I guess they aren't too fussy..
