I have many geraniums that I love for their blooms but there is one that I love for its foliage: Geranium Philippe Vapelle.

Talking about Geranium-leaf, there are more to choose from (but I agree fully, the G. renardii-plants have beautiful leaf).

This is G. 'Midnight Reiter'.

This is silvergeranium, G. argentum.

And this, G. phaeum 'Variegatum'}

O yes, those look very nice as well. I especially like the G. 'Midnight Reiter'.

And what about G. phaeum 'Samobor'!!! And its cousin G. phaeum 'Spring Time'...
G. wlassovianum in its sumptuous fall colours...hmmm....
G. 'Tiny Monster' had also vibrant red and rusty colours last fall.
In the same line as 'Midnight Reiter', don't forget purple transbaicalicum geraniums, and 'New Dimension'!
I also love the golden foliage of G.'Blue sunrise' (with the purple/blue flowers).
And 'Kathryn Adele' and its superb marroon blotches!
So many to behold!!!!

So many I have never heard about. I will have fun looking them up and trying to figure out if I have room for them in our garden ;-)

Loes, the pictures on that website look great. Unfortunately I read that the garden is closed to visitors this year. But I'll know where to look for a special geranium if I need to. Thanks for the link

As you can see geranium renardii is also very beautiful when in bloom. So the foliage is not the only reason I like it so much.

If you can find Oxonianum Katherine Adele or Walters gift your garden will be forever full of attractive foliage as they self seed and create some wonderful hybrids!
