Cena,
I always love looking at your plants and containers. They are always so striking and unusual compared to what is available to me in my zone 6.
Which is which? I love the purple cactus, the spines seem bent around it, very cool! ;)

I'm sorry. When you talk specific genera of plants, you tend to short cut, never dreaming that folks have no IDEA you are talking about Notocactus ubelmannia and Euphorbia milii, 'Crown of Thorns' (has the red flowers, in front, and in back and the yellow/green flowers). There is a small aloe heavily armored, just to the right of the cactus.
