A friend of mine just dropped some euphorbia seeds in my mail box. Some looked quite fresh, while others look dark brown and matured.

Question is: when can I sow them?
Do I have to put it in the fridge first or straight in situ? and when is the best time?

this friend can't provide any starter's help as her patch was believed to have been sowed by bird's droppings?
Please advice y'll euphorbia experts

thanks

A great web site for these questions, there are some listening that might direct you under perennials.
