We went for a short break to Baleares Islands and I took these pics. I think it would be euphorbias....do you think like me?

Mariae, these are wonderful. I saw many of them growing near the coast in Croatia last year and have found a fondness for them. They are excellent for very early color, the ones I have are more compact but still nice.

Without a question a Euphorbia, and I suspect a Euphorbia dendroides. And a very pretty one at that.

Wonderful! You're so lucky to live where they are native. The only native ones we have are low-growing sprawling weeds. Thanks for posting these pics. Do you know the species name of this native one?
