I got a plant at a yard sale about 4 years ago. And it produces seeds, I have taken it to my local nursery and they can't seem to identify it. I have a picture of it, if anyone can tell me what it is I would appreciate it. If the picture don't come threw, I will describe it. The parent plant I have is about 5 feet tall, it has long leaves, and the stem is a square shape with fuzzy corners, it also produces tiny white flowers, and when leaves are broken off it oozes white. Hope this will help. I can't seem to get it to post the photo, sorry. NeNa

Square stems and fuzzy leaves are a characteristic of the sages, however none have a latex-like sap that I am familiar with. Too bad the photo won't copy. Deb
