Nice specimen! I've managed to burn two of mine to death :( You can divide with no problem, but it's best now to wait til spring to do it. Empty the pot, shake all the soil off the roots, divide the sections you want to repot separately, then pot them back into DRY well draining soil. Do not water for a week or so and leave in a shady area. Then you can start giving it weekly water or so.

If you have to cut any pieces, make sure you wear gloves, as the latex is toxic.

Thanks so much! :) Had this since it was a wee one and don't wanna loose any of it... Plan on giving two of them to a couple of friends... Was going to do it now but will take your advice and wait...
