Author Message   Bliorg  Posted on Friday, April 25, 2008 - 07:17 pm EST :    I used to be deep into bonsai. A few weeks ago, I took the kids to a local store specializing in bonsai and rare plants. My son was hooked. So, today when I saw 3" scheffleras at the grocery store 2 for $3, I knew it'd be perfect for him. Brought a couple home, let Braedan pick out a pot, and we'll plant them tomorrow. They'll be allowed to grow unhindered for a while, but they grow fast, and they're easy. And be prepared for a long haul! (you read bonsai today so you obviously know that bonsai takes ages-and youre lucky, I cant get that magazine over here) Treelover - County Durham,UK, Zone "8/9"
