gardeners who live on the great plains......
and who have.............
only lately developed a liking for ornamental grasses.

One of the first to grab my attention was Northern Sea Oats............
and it's display of seedheads in winter.........

I just became interested in them as well, John, mainly because they're so beautiful in late summer through autumn. I have two, and can't remember their names. One has variegated leaves. The seed heads are golden, and look beautiful as a backdrop to the roses -- especially Olympiad.
