Some time ago I got a new Hosta "Reversed" I liked it from the beginning...

But now it has a part with different coloured leaves, as you see on the picture.
I don't know if I'm happy with it...

That is a beautiful plant. If it was mine, I think I'd remove that section that is all green.

Perkie, this is what happened to my "June" if you remember. Dig this out and plant it. I read that "Reversed" is a mutation of sieboldiana.

I would wait a bit. Sometimes the new leaves come in and then turn as they mature. Pretty hosta.

Thank you for your reply - I'm thinking about what to do - it looks so different from the original, that I am afraid it will not turn into the same colouring as the others.
I had the same problem with Hosta Cat's Eye - it got some green leaves, the white colouring was not there in some leaves, and now, some weeks later almost all of the leaves are green. Maybe next year they look o.k. again?

This is Cat's Eye, if you have not seen it before.

This is how my Cat's Eye is now. I think I go and divide it in two parts and save them both and see how it will be next year!
And that is what I'm going to do with Reversed (I think)
