I have never grown Hostas before, and was recently given a few 'bulbs'. They grew very quickly!
The photo of the leaf is one of my 'gifts'.It is 7" wide.

That's not a Hosta, but an Amazon Lily (Eucharis amazonica)! It's a beauty, and not something you see everyday. It should be fragrant, too. Congratulations on a great find!

Yes, it is very fragrant! Thank you for identifying for me. Now that I have access to info, I see that I might see these lovely blooms a few times every year.
