Beverly, those are nice. Next year, you must get closer. What is the yellow one on the left?

Thank you for commenting Loretta. You are the first buddy I have met. I am going to like this site once I learn what I am doing duh! I am learning to use my new digital camera. The hosta on the left is Gold Standard in afternoon sun. If my other pic of one in the shade isn't bitmap I will post it for you. The others on down are Fire& Ice Guacamole an UNknown small and the one that stands up on the right is Krossa Regal. Do you know how to change bitmaps to jpgs. Thanks BEV

Welcome Beverly. You have some very nice hostas. I just love them and hate to see mine getting ready to take their long winter naps. Mary/Gainesville, GA

Well, I'm honored then. Nice to meet you. I think you will like the people here. I guess you would need software that can export them out as another file form or convert them. I am not so familiar. There might be a free one available. Do you have any photo software? Paint can save a bitmap as a jpeg. However, once the original is reduced, you can't make it larger again in most programs. You could save one of your pictures under another name so you don't lose the original and experiment. Also there is a photography forum here. There are some talented photographers around who know the ins and outs of this stuff.
