Garden Crossings has a pretty good collection to drool over if you're a heuchera lover like I've become. http://www.gardencrossings.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=plants.main&alphaKey=G- H&whichName=genus&showIntro=0&hardinessZone=&typeID=

Are you lucky enough to live near this nursery Tanya? The selection looks great. I love 'Miracle','Sashay' and 'Tiramisu'. What are you buying?

This nursery is catalog only and even if it weren't it would be at least a couple of hours from me. Oh, my gosh, Terry, we typically have a great selection locally so I will probably seek those out first. I like the same ones you do and MORE! I usually only do catalog if there's a choice one that can't be found locally. I have ordered from GC before though, for clematis.. they're terrific!

Thanks, Dori. there's sure a LOT of nurseries and wholesale nurseries in W. MI. Luckily for those of us in the Saginaw Valley, we have a lot to choose from here as well. What is NHGC?

I did join Dave's but I don't get there often, Dori. I will try to take the time to get there...maybe this evening. I doubt I'll go to Detroit. Last I checked, gas was $3.05/gal and like I said, most anything I want can be found locally. We only go about as far south as Grand Blanc and from here we can take all country roads. :) Thanks for the info...see, there's always something to learn here.

Dori, where do you find the co-ops on Dave's? You mentioned them to me before but I can't find where they are.

Thanks Dori, I'm a member but not a paid subscriber. So I guess I would have to be a paid subscriber in order to access the full details.

I have been toying with the idea, but not sure I would have time for two gardening web sites. Of course this could be the reason to join...

I must admit, you tempted me with the coops. I still hang out here the most, I can't handle too many websites.
