Heuchera confusion

My nursery has the latter but not the former. I bought my first ones today -- the nursery finally got Lime Rickey and I got two big ones. They look a little like lettuce I must say. I haven't planted them yet. The only shade I get is in the back yard and I'm going to take out my catmint (which I bought last year but was not inspired by it) and replace it with the Lime Rickeys. They'll be planted in between two big Ligularia (greynog gold). I also bought yet another two pots of Hakone grass, a bunch of different phlox and I decided for my windowboxes to use very pale yellow pansies with some oxalis - keeping it simple. My other purchase today is my favorite bush - Sprirea Goldmound. PS - I love looking at all the heuchera at Terra Nova! Charlenenj - New Jersey, Zone "6"
