You know plantynut, it looks like liatris{gay flower} to me ,I have some growing out front. but you I'm guessing ,but the new growth sure looks like it. ......mike

Hmmmm. Could be. I know I dug it up in the fall because it's location annoyed me. I thought I ditched it but maybe I really did relocate it. If that's the case it's in a better place.

Liatris was my first idea too...
Let us know, when the buds are showing, which was very quick with my liatris.
