This plant volunteered in my raised garden. When it was small I thought it was a wild strawberry. It's over a foot tall now and no sign of flowers or fruit, but still growing. It must be some type of berry!

Is definitely in the rose family, possibly a kind of Salad Burnet.

Burnets (Sanguisorba spp.) have opposite, pinnate leaves (i.e. multiple sets of neatly opposite leaves all along the stems). It's a potentilla, probably P. norvegica, rough cinquefoil, as pointed out by Heirloomgardens.
