I am not sure what this is, but I have it too, in my gardens. As I started all of the gardens here, and I didn't plant this, I yank 'em. Maybe someone actually knows what it is, I don't.

First guess would be a very healthy member of Primula (likely the Evening Primrose) because of the concave, lanceolate leaves and the single thick stalk. After than any number of asteracea. Flowers would help ;)

Yes it does look like Evening Primrose. BTW Evening Primrose is related to Fuchsias and Willowherbs (Onagraceae) not primula
