A friend brought me this bush.
It was described as:The little tree will grow like a lilac bush. Not the little ones usually called Miss Kim, but the larger lilac bushes. At least that's the size of this other bush I do have on my property that blooms the white flowers with a yellow center.

I'd like to know exactly what this bush is so that I could find the proper place for it in my yard. Thank you in advance.

This is a Philadelphus! (Mock Orange)
I'd even venture that it might be the old variety Philadelphus coronarius, but it's a bit hazardous...
